World of Outlaws Event Postponed Due to Tire Shortages

World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series and track officials at Monroe, LA’s famed 3/8-mile dirt track The Rev have postponed the upcoming Sept. 24-25 event due to yet another major shortage. Like many other series and racetracks across the country, officials at The Rev did not want to position teams and the speedway in a manner that couldn’t put on a quality racing program due to an industry-wide lack of tire production, so this event has been rescheduled until 2022. Tickets will be rolled over to the rescheduled event in 2022, once the new dates are announced fans who are unable to attend can request a refund.

After Friday, Oct. 1, the World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series heads to Cherokee Speedway for the Mike Duvall Memorial. A return to the Peach State is also in the cards, as they travel to Senoia Raceway on Saturday, Oct. 2, in Senoia, GA. The events at Cherokee and Senoia will be 40-lap Features paying $10,000 to the winner.
