AmericanTrucks is proud to award one scholarship for $2,500 twice a year (two scholarships total) to students who are currently enrolled full-time in a secondary vocational school, technical institute, or are high school seniors who are enrolled in one of the aforementioned institutes. One scholarship will be awarded for the fall semester and one scholarship will be awarded for the spring semester each year.
The goal of the AmericanTrucks Scholarship program is to raise awareness of the “skills gap” in the building trades as it is an important issue to us at AmericanTrucks and to our customers. At the same time, we support youth who are working towards a career in the construction and building trades. AmericanTrucks places an emphasis on community awareness and education, and supports those who hold the same value system.
The winners are:
Andrew Pankratz
of American College of the Building Arts
Jason McCarrick
of Oakland Technical Campus
