This is one very rare piece of military and automotive history! 1963 was the lowest production year for the M38A1, so there aren't many of these driving around - and yes, it comes with a title. This example is largely an older restoration, though the brake system was completely restored recently. It deserves a bit of work from an enthusiastic restorer to bring it back to its full glory.
