The Vintage Torque Fest (www.vintagetorquefest.com) traditional hot rod show in Dubuque, Iowa featured racing on the Dubuque Fairgrounds oval dirt track on May 1 and May 2. Racing events included motorcycle, open wheel and jalopy stock racing, as well as “chain races” with two cars chained together. Hot rodders were permitted track time if they didn’t mind getting their cars a little dirty.
