Things We Love: Our favorite New Products from the 2019 SEMA Show

We rounded up our favorite products from SEMA 2019. With the holidays right around the corner what a perfect time to see what new products have us buzzing!

Fumoto SX-Series Engine Oil Drain Valves 

Oil changes have never been easier with this nifty product. With its patent-pending technology, the Fumoto SX-Series can rotate 360 degrees, which make doing oil changes in tight spaces a breeze. The unique through-bolt design can be tightened independent of the valve body, allowing for a simple installation that easily avoids obstructions.

Flaming River has been on a tear these past couple years with new innovating products. The Microsteer allows you to adjust the amount of assistance by using a rotary potentiometer or, if you prefer, you can make the system speed-sensitive by connecting a wheel speed signal to the Tuning Box. Definitely, a plus if you have a street/strip type of hot rod that keeps you cruising and bruising. A mode selection switch on the box allows you to choose your preferred method, manual, or wheel speed.

 

The first line of Intelligent Lithium-Ion batteries with wireless remote built-jump starting. Antigravity Batteries has changed the game again with their latest Lithium-Ion Car Batteries. The newest RE-START line of batteries offers built-in WIRELESS Jump-Starting! That means if you ever find yourself about to smack your buddy for leaving the dome light on overnight, all you to do is press the Button on our provided Keyfob, start the car, and you're off.  No need for a Jump-Starter, or Roadside Assistance. You don’t even have to open the hood of the car to access the battery, and can do it from the safety of sitting in your car!

This neat little product transforms your phone into a full heads up display. Whether it's GPS navigation, a speedometer, or several other HUD apps. If your smartphone dimensions are within 158 x 77 mm (6.2 x 3.1 inches), HUDWAY Glass can be used with it.

Want vinyl, clean tear tape that not only tapes in a curve but TELLS you where bleed-through is going to happen? 3M Auto has you covered with this fantastic Purple Vinyl Painter's Tape. Seriously, this is amongst the coolest thing we saw at SEMA.  Instead of needing multiple layers of tape to keep a surface pristine, this fantastic stuff holds fast with one strip, goes around curves, cracks on purpose to indicate bleed through, AND pulls clean when you're finished. It's UV resistant and waterproof to boot.

Need a firm grip to sand around corners? These highly durable Super Flexible Sanding Sheets feature 3M™ Gripping Material, which allows for a more natural and less strenuous application process. You don't have to work nearly as hard to get a superior result. These sheets are easier on your hands, and your project while providing an excellent, refined finish. They're perfect for contoured shapes like bumpers and fenders, getting into curves and grooves that would more than defeat a traditional paper sanding sheet.

Always ones to be ahead of the curve, Meguiar's came out with the first product in its Hybrid Ceramic line earlier in the year with the Hybrid Ceramic Spray Wax. Now, the liquid wax gives your vehicle the look of the ceramic coating finish with liquid wax. Using the cutting-edge Si0 2 hybrid technology, the liquid wax offers hybrid ceramic protection that seals the paint but is as easy to apply as an ordinary liquid wax, and best off, unlike a ceramic coating, the liquid wax can be applied at home instead of by a professional.

When highlighting our favorite products from SEMA, it is hard to ignore the Alien Hi-Lift Jack Base. Perfect for any offroader, the Alien Jack Base provides a stable base for your hi-lift jack with the legs folded out, while also providing the option to fold the legs in to use the teeth for traction on a rounded surface. Great to get your Rig out from being stuck in-between a rock and a hard place.

 

Por-15 debuted a rust removal product that will safely dispose of light to even certain heavy rust. Safe for most paints, PVC, and plastic. Not only limited to automotive bodies, But Por-15s product can also be used on farming equipment, gardening tools, boat parts, and camping gear.

Sick of looking at that annoying dent in your bumper? Polyvance may have the product for you. Their brand new bumper roller kit is designed to remove dents from your bumpers easily. After heating your collision area with a heat gun, apply the rollers over the area to smooth out the surface. The kit comes with three rollers of various sized, can be used for body lines, distorted metal, and, most of all, your bumpers!
