Here are a few words from this week's model Ruby Rum, Miss Bo Huff 2019:
"When I was young, my mother would consistently watch reruns of 'I Love Lucy' and plenty of black and white movies; this was the moment I became intrigued by 1940s/50s culture. I remember being a teen perusing the aisles of the library, searching for more inspiration and finding movies like 'Heartbeat' and 'Gentlemen Prefer Blondes.' When I viewed these movies, I saw actresses such as Ginger Rogers, Hedy Lamarr and Marilyn Monroe in their luxurious attire and I was in awe. It was then I decided to create myself in their image; I wanted to embody the poised femininity that they so graciously carried.
"So, the goal to compete in my first pinup competition was the only obvious option I had to truly express myself and embrace my inner vixen. Applying to compete in the 2019 Huffarama pinup contest was actually one of my top goals to achieve this year. Becoming Miss Bo Huff 2019 is a great accomplishment and I can't wait to see what the pinup world has in store for me. You haven't seen the end of me yet!"
