This week's Motor Maven, Lara Bryan, works for a non-profit and has a passion for history.



Lara Bryan is a Bay Area pinup model who has a passion for women’s and fashion history, embroidery, and baking. Her love of fashion history spans multiple eras starting in the late 15th century and ending in the mid-20th. Lara works for a non-profit that helps house homeless clients who are on probation and parole. She lives with her husband, 2 cats and her dog.

  1. Had a black and white Olds 88 just like that one when I was a teenager.
    spent more time wrenching on that car and playing music than I did on girlfriends, which might explain my track record with marriages.
    Didn’t have a girlfriend who looked like this model though, which may have altered my trajectory somewhat.

  2. Very hot lady and a super nice Oldsmobile! Did you know that EVERY Oldsmobile V8 block and heads came from Defiance, Ohio’s Central Foundry Division of General Motors? We called the Olds block line in the finishing room the Rocket Line! That foundry is one of the last remnants of Central Foundry Division, from a high of 5500 people down to less than 500 today! I worked there and never thought I would live to see GM kill Pontiac and Oldsmobile!
