To celebrate the debut of my new 2023 Calendar let's welcome back cover model Claudirox. Claudirox has had one hell of a year. Winning the coveted title of Miss Viva Las Vegas Queen of the Car Show this past April and just recently 2nd runner up at Midnight Mass in Woodland, Ca. I met up with Claudirox during Cruisin Nationals in Santa Maria to get my cover image shot. I stumbled across the Elks Lodge not too far from the fairgrounds. Special thanks to Manuel and Sylvia Reyes the owners of the beautiful 1936 Ford.

How has winning the Viva Las Vegas Queen of the Car Show title changed your life?
It has honestly been the greatest honor of my life (other than being a mom and wife) and dream come true. I have had the opportunity to connect with so many amazing people from around the world. The ladies that I competed with in Queen of the Car Show are people that I have looked up to for years. It was such an honor to even be standing along side them all. I’ve also had the opportunity to work with some amazing photographers, hair and makeup artist. Being put on the cover of your iconic calendar was such a honor! Never did I ever think I would even be included in a calendar, much less the cover! When i found out I kept telling my husband to pinch me haha this life is unreal! It’s everything I’ve dreamed of! I’m so grateful for every single second of it!

Since we last chatted with you, have you done any upgrades to your 63 Corvair and 57 Pontiac Super Chief?
I've only bought a few parts for the exterior of the Pontiac. I’m currently contemplating painting the Corvair a different color. Possibly to match the Pontiac which is a beautiful lilac color.

Tell us about any new projects you're working on?
Currently, I am working on starting a podcast or “vodcast” named “Convos with Claudirox” that will be offered on multiple platforms such as iTunes, Spotify, YouTube and my social media ( @claudirox831) We are premiering Friday, October 7th, and will be having new episodes every Friday. We will be having a set up to where we can have listeners and guest call in and ask questions or give their input on various topics. It’s something that’s been in the works for quite some time and I’m so excited to get started finally!
