These two iconic cars went down to the wire and finished with the closest vote totals of the tournament. Ultimately, the Split Window Corvette edged out the Dodge Charger by 33 votes, setting up a Chevy vs Chevy match-up in the Final Four against the Chevelle.

1969 Oldsmobile 442: 312 votes
The Chevelle continues it’s dominant run as it defeats the Oldsmobile easily in this Elite Eight bout. Much like the Shelby Cobra, there hasn’t been any car that has given the Chevy a run for its money in the tournament. All of that changes as it heads into the Final Four against the Split Window Corvette. Expect a tight match-up in this semi-final.

1965 Shelby Cobra: 952 votes
Cadillac’s Cinderella run has finally come to an end. The Shelby Cobra absolutely dominated the polls start to finish and ended up with the largest point differential of the round. The Cobra may finally have some tough competition against the Ford Coupe, as Ford enthusiasts will have a tough time deciding between the two.

1932 Ford Coupe: 774 votes
vs.
1987 Chevrolet K-10: 556 votes
Chevy’s K-10 Pickup Truck was the last offroad contender of the tournament, but it couldn’t keep up with the 1932 Ford Coupe in Round 3. The notoriety of the ‘32 was more powerful than the Sqaurebody Chevy could keep up with and now the Ford Coupe faces off with the Shelby Cobra in the Final Four.
