Previously owned by the legendary speed equipment manufacturer Mooneyes Equipment and built to pay tribute to the infamous Thunderbolt. This wild ride is powered by a highly modified 427ci. FE V/8 engine with a set of dual four barrel Holley carburetors breathing through a correct dual snorkel air breather, aluminum intake manifold, Edelbrock aluminum cylinder heads and water pump, Moroso oil pan, MSD ignition and built to race! The C4 automatic has a manual valve body complete with trans brake. The rear suspension is a Ford 9” complete with Thunderbolt period correct frame connectors & ladder bar suspension. Other features include Mickey Thompson racing slicks, Competition Engineering disc brakes, Wilwood master cylinder, Fiberglass bumpers and Thunderbolt hood, Magna Fuel pump and regulator, B&M shifter, Auto Meter gauges, wiper, turn signals, headlamps and custom exhaust for street driving.
