The Grand National Roadster Show, held every year in Pomona, CA is celebrating 70 years of custom hot rods this year by honoring builder Chip Foose, highlighting the Model A, hosting a Trophy Girl Pinup contest (although this has become a yearly tradition), inducting several superstars into the Hot Rod Hall of Fame, and of course, by giving away the prestigious America’s Most Beautiful Roadster award to one perfect, pristine roadster that embodies everything the hobby stands for.
This year there are 14 contenders and they range from the classic 32 Ford, to a 24 Buick Touring, a Ford Phaeton and a 27 T-Touring (along with a few other little surprises. Check them out below and be sure to check back on Sunday when the 2019 AMBR winner is crowned.
