There is plenty of negativity surrounding street sweepers. Most of us have gotten that dreaded white envelope on the windshield of our parked car sitting on the lonely side of a freshly swept street. A Himalayan engineering company decided to take street sweeping quite literally and at least bring some humor to these bearers of bad news.
