For years, everyone around Formula One has been asking for the cars’ engines to be louder. In an apparent nod to the requests of so many fans, drivers and teams, it was recently announced that a rules package would be released in the future allowing engines to be louder in 2021.
Over the past few years, we’ve seen a small number of Cup drivers dominate in the XFINITY and Camping World Series. This may be coming to an end in 2017.
NASCAR may not be changing everything we’d like to see changed, but we’re bound to see quite a bit of exciting racing next year thanks to the changes they did make.
