ProMedia Events and Publishing, parent company of the Holley NMRA Ford Nationals and NMCA Muscle Car Nationals, in association with Atlanta Dragway’s parent company NHRA, have decided to postpone the NMRA/NMCA All-Star Nationals in response to growing restrictions on group gatherings and travel due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the NHRA will postpone all drag racing events for the next 30 days.
In a previous statement, NASCAR announced it would be having its future races without fans in attendance in response to COVID-19 concerns. NASCAR has now decided to go a bit further in regards to safety.

When multinationals gathered at Daytona International Speedway (DIS) for the first major motorsports contest of the calendar year, the Rolex 24 at Daytona, none of the participants or fans were aware of COVID-19, the coronavirus that is taking over the globe with its feckless interference into daily lives.
