Hot rod and pinup photographer Mitzi Valenzuela is known for having her finger on the pulse of both classic and rockabilly car culture. As part of that, Mitzi produces pinup contests for shows all over the world. Here she shares photos of the competitors and some super sweet rides.

Mooneyes Yokohama Hot Rod Custom Show is just around the corner, and the second Annual Pinup Girl Contest returns. Here are three more of our finalists participating this year:

Monashpit
Mona is from Okinawa. She grew up in a rockabilly family, falling in love with American culture and pinup girls when she was very young. Today, Mona is honored to be standing here on stage with all these gorgeous ladies who share the same love for all things pinup.

Queen Azu works as a burlesque dancer in Osaka city. She enjoys sewing and making her own costumes for her performances. Queen Azu loves to study pinup culture and learn new ways of styling her own hair and makeup. Her dream is to be famous for her own original Pinup Girl Style.

Lovin is a burlesque performer from Tokyo who enjoys performing in front of an audience on stage. She has fallen in love with the pinup and burlesque cultures. Lovin has participated in two contests, including last year’s first Mooneyes Pinup Contest.
