The drag racing world is mourning the loss of T.J. Bailey, a veteran promoter, starter, and track-prep specialist at Texas Motorplex, who tragically passed away after sustaining injuries during a severe weather event at the Ennis, Texas facility. He was 42 years old.
Bailey was widely respected for his expertise in track preparation, setting the standard for high-performance racing surfaces. His meticulous work helped ensure optimal conditions for racers, making Texas Motorplex a premier destination for drag racing enthusiasts.
