Phillips Crowned 2017 Season Champion at Lucas Oil MLRA Fall Nationals
As the checkered flag waved on the 29th season of the Lucas Oil MLRA series at this weekend’s Fall Nationals finale race, Springfield, MO native Terry Phillips earned his fourth Lucas Oil MLRA title.
