NHRA has made divisional updates to competition directors for three of its seven divisions, looking to upgrade staffing and insert people with the capabilities and passion to keep drag racing on an upward swing.
The 22nd annual NHRA Nevada Nationals on The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway yielded one heck of an exciting weekend and a roulette wheel on three of four points battles in the 2022 Camping World Drag Racing Series Countdown to the Championship.
This past weekend’s culmination of Texas Motorplex’s Stampede of Speed, the 37th NHRA FallNationals was a prime example of Yogi Berra’s theory that, “It ain’t over ’til it’s over.”
NHRA’s Countdown to the Championship for its Camping World Drag Racing Series competitors, just became a bit more jumbled in all classes.
If the National Hot Rod Association was looking for intrigue in its six-race Camping World Drag Racing Series Countdown to the Championship, it sure found it with last weekend’s Pep Boys NHRA Nationals at Maple Grove Raceway outside Reading, PA.
