Candace Cane is the type of girl who likes to push her body to the limits! She trains in pole dance, contortion and hand balancing just to get warmed up. As a child, she practiced yoga and ballet, which helped her foundation for all she does today.
“I find it fascinating how the body stretches and builds muscle through repeated motions,” says Candace.
While some cross training helps other areas of practice, some exercises can contradict her other practices. For instance, when she weight-trained in the gym for a bikini fitness competition, she lost flexibility. As a Libra, she is forever seeking that balance and will probably never settle on just one craft. Luckily, she doesn’t have to - and you, the audience, get to enjoy all these spectacular talents from just one woman in Tonya Kay’s Pinup Pole Show!
