TONYA KAY: What was your first car?
SHANNON: My first car was a Toyota Land Cruiser - I called it The Beast. My dad and I made the agreement that if I wanted to learn to drive before I was 16, then I had to learn on a manual - that skill has come in handy more times than I can count!
TONYA KAY: What is your career and what is your passion?
SHANNON: I’ve wanted to be an actor since I saw ‘Jurassic Park’ when I was eight. Today I’m an actor and writer in Los Angeles. I love telling stories, especially feel-good ones that inspire and educate about the human experience.
TONYA KAY: How long have you been vegan and what is your favorite vegan comfort food?
SHANNON: I have been vegan for 8 years. Choosing a favorite comfort food seems impossible because there are soooooo many delicious options, but the Buffalo Tenders from Veggie Grill drive me wild!
TONYA KAY: You have extensive modeling experience - what do you enjoy about modeling with classic cars?
SHANNON: Classic cars are so iconic. To me, they’re reminiscent of the open road, easy riding with the windows down. I particularly love when they come in a bold shade - they’re the perfect accessory for a model!
