2006 40’ Fleetwood Motor Home including 30’ ATC double stack trailer. Perfect for just starting a race team, large landscaping business. Camper and trailer both are in good shape for the age. Both are in great mechanical condition. Each needs some tlc, but that portion itself is not bad. Trailer has 7 new tires, including the spare tire with matching wheels. Two winches, large Granny attic. Large lift (7000 lbs) hydraulic that will easily hold a very large car. Generous aircraft tie down track though out the trailer. 12 volt tongue jack. Large rear loading ramp on rear, side smaller loading ramp with “walk “ through door. Lower car area is very generous with a large tool, part area. Front area has built in workshop shelf , and two storage area with shelves.
RV is 40’, Cummins engine with less than 100,000 miles. Newer rubber with never used spare. Interior is in decent shape, but will need new carpet, tile or so forth. I took the carpet out for being too worn out. I didn’t replace it with anything not knowing what the application would be. Example would be I am sure a race team or other industrial application. Double slide in the front of the coach offering ample space in the galley and parlor. Offset hall passing a large head with a large shower. The aft of the coach has a fairly large bedroom with good storage. Has a front (manual) lift for additional storage.
