There is also a Screen at the rear roll up door. It has a Thieman Liftgate. It has 2-16' Electric Awnings and 3 Exterior Flood lights. It has 2 Ducted Roof AC's and a 30K BTU Furnace, TV's have been updated and it has an outside Fridge. There is a ceiling fan in the living area and one in the bedroom. This Coach is in Excellent Condition. House Batteries are dated 6/2022 and the Truck Batteries dated 4/2026. Michelin Tires that are in great shape without any cracks. 2,669 hours on a 8KW Powertech Diesel Generator. It runs and drives great! l just made a 500 mile trip and it averaged 8.9mpg.
