Default sbc 350

Need some advice, I will try to explain the best I know, I had a friend give me a new 350 motor it is bored .060 over it's a roller motor, with a cam over a .500 lift the motor has only been fired up once and ran down the road, the heads that are on it are shaved to the hilt and I can not run pump gas, It has to be racing fuel or the valves rattle, can anyone suggest a good head and intake to run, so I could run atleast premium gas, it will be a street motor, I know it's .060 over but it is brand new and I hate not to try it, plus my car needs a motor, any help would be appreciated.
