now if your on welfare.... your entitle to free cell phone and service.... really! i mean wtf already..... why does someone on welfare need a friggin cell phone anyways...... not like they work or leave the house now :x

ok i agree to a point now my family get food help and medical for kids that made wife eligible for cell phone she get 200 min no text or anything fancy. we dont havea home phone and hers is used for doc apps and emergency use i have a prepaid for the house phone so it isnt a luxury for us its a necessity when im working
