Default turbo 350

i have a turbo 350 in a bracket car. it works great all gears work no problem. BUT IT LEAKS FLUID OUT OF VENT ON TOP OF CASE WHEN CAR IS PUT IN REVERSE. CHECKED FLUID LEVEL IT IS NOT TO HIGH HAVE EXTERNAL TRANS COOLER ON IT AS WELL. NEVER RAN ACROSS BEFORE
JUST WONDERING WHAT COULD BE CAUSING IT. DIDN'T SEE A CRACK IN CASE WHEN PUTTING IT TOGETHER. ANY HELP OR ADVICE WOULD LIKE TO FIX WITHOUT OULLING IT OUT IF POSSIBLE
