Default SB2 Headers

Will headers for Sb2.2 heads fit on 1st generation SB2 heads?

Unless you are stuck with them, DON'T buy the old SB2's. Unless you get them complete with everything with spares, buying stuff for it will get real expensive. There is a set on ebay 559 castings, no valvetrain. Header flanges look the same as mine. The 011 2.2 castings are what you want to find.

I have a complete engine. I need headers and was wondering if headers were interchangable between the two. Thanks for the input, your right this thing is very expensive.

I found a header builder (Lemons Headers) here in California. I had rockers built by T&D. Parts are expensive. I have too much invested to back out now. Engine will be complete as soon as headers are done approx. 6 weeks.
Thanks for the help guys!

I was able to have a set of shaft rockers made up by TD Machine. Really high quality work (along with the price). I should be getting my haeders in about 3 weeks, can't wait to try this thing out!
