My guess would be 8 to 12 hrs., We have 3 Fadals and use SurfCam for3D programming on our plastics injection molds. I did notice that they are useing a pallet changer machine so they can run 2 at a time and run lights out machining. You would be amased at how fast material can be removed in alum., i'm talking 5,000/6,000 RPM cutter speed with a 2" carbide tipped cutter.

I think I heard 12hrs after heat treat, 43 total to produce!!!!!!!!!!!!! [email protected]#$%ing WOW thats KOOL!!!!!!!!!!!! DAVID.

I would also guess that chunk of Alum. cost $1000.00 to $1500.00 in that size and ofcourse it would have to be sq'ed up before it ever seen the CNC machine
