Default new to rj

hello all,im new to rj and i am just looking for some info for the best and safest way to do a transaction.(cash on delivery is best)thank you in advance for any help.

thanks guys, the reason why i ask is that i have an item im interested in.emailed back and forth and spoke over the phone.seller has no paypal accepts check or cash.what would you recommend?

also seller is selling for the first time.i just prefer to be safe than sorry.everyone hears too many bad stories of people getting beat for thier hard earned cash.

You're very rght to be causious, lot's of flags here. Can you post the ad? that way some people here may have heard of or know the person. If you read the scammers forum, you will find these kinds of things happening every day and some of them are rip offs.
o'h and paypal, i believe is safest.

Post the link up to the seller.

Ask the seller to come in here and make a post,we'll see how authentic the seller really is,If its a new seller,BEWARE,just word of advise.

Get him to come make a post and we'll all take it from there

Like Tom said, post the link to his ad and message him to come post on the forum.

We can then ask some questions and give you a hand.

Also, if you can, I agree with Lively, pay in person.
That way you can blame no one but yourself if you get taken.
