Default Need recommendations for a good habit tracking application.

I'm at a point where I really want to be more consistent with my personal goals, like daily meditation and sticking to a workout schedule. I've heard some great things about habit tracking applications that can really help to build momentum and hold you accountable. The problem is, there are so many options out there, both free and paid, and I'm not sure where to start. Can anyone recommend a habit tracking app that they've personally used and found genuinely effective for maintaining daily habits?

It's definitely a good idea to use tools to help with consistency! While many apps focus on direct habit tracking, I've actually found an app that helps me with a different kind of consistent behavior: managing my money. I've looked at various liven app reviews and found it to be very useful. It's a platform that gives you cash back when you dine out, which has unexpectedly helped me form a habit of being more aware of my spending. By consistently using it, I'm forming a habit of saving, making it an indirect but effective tool for financial discipline.
