Which CFM E85 should I go with, which compression for street/strip use

Hi, I have a 672 BB and I want to change it to E85 and to be street/strip use too, not just strictly race without loosing the HP which is right now it's 1350HP and 1050 torque, need some help please and here is the specs on the engine, appreciate a lot in advance:
Compression 15.5/16 to 1
CFE Manifold, CFE 14 Degree Dart Big Chiefs Tit Valves 2.450-1.880 11.625 Merlin Race Block 4.625 Bore 904 Bronze bushing crower offset lifters 55MM Rollar Cam brgs Cam Dynamics 55 MM Cam JE 16to1 pistons
Total Seal Rings Oliver, Rods Alum Pan Woff External oil pump, Jesel Belt Drive+250T&D
1.8 Rockers Moroso Valve Covers, that's all.

The highest compression I know of someone running is 14.5 to 1

Not really never built a tranny I was happy with tried a couple ford c4s I had a guy build my th350 when my 400 broke. Have you checked into a gear venders OD? From what I understand they work well in high HP and torque applications.
