I am a commerical builder and custom residential builder, we take care of all the site work and excavation on all our jobs, so we start at ground level and build whatever your specs are.
I also own 2 Mini storages in the area. So that makes me the maintenace guy, the snow cleaning guy, the lawn maintenace guy. Yes, jack of all trades. LOL

I worked in the equipment rental business most of my career. I started as a mechanic and worked up to branch manager. My store was the first store in the country to see the recession. It killed my little store so I left 2 years ago and they filled bankruptcy shortly after. I am currently a sales rep for a crane co. We rent cranes from 8 ton to 800 ton. There are only a few 800 ton (truck mounted) cranes in the US.

Setting a pool two weeks ago in the miserable cold.

Setting a little printing press at Solo Cup with a Tri Lifter. It's a 75 ton forklift / Gantry. It has a 100 ton capacity when the load is placed on the top.
