Rudy, i have done searches on google, facebook etc found info on him also, also tried to file with my local PD and filed a claim with the site i listed above. So dont be a jerk saying i did not help my self. Yes scorp the ball is definitely rolling. I will be getting in touch with polara and start more proceedings. I just can't understand why James cant get it through his head that all this goes away with a direct payment and not a worthless echeck. But then again I guess when you dont have the funds to cover it. James, your echeck is no good. You need to make a speech payment. Grow a set of balls and do the right thing and make this right. Polara, I will be calling you soon to get together on making our claim against James. Thanks again scorp for all your info. Hopefully we can get another con man our away.

What happens when you issue worthless checks; paypal or not? Ever heard of "check kiting"?

Passing bad checks is a no-no Jimbo. Paypal or not; there is likely legislation in this area AND since paypal is connected to his bank in this case.................

Hollywood, we do appreciate all and any help. This whole deal has just been a total nerve rack for all involved. James keeps retrying to make this right but I think be think we are stupid and we are just going to give up. He is way wrong on that. We both have taken some steps and will continue to do so until we have cash in hand or James is put away. Believe me when I tell you neither of us is doing nothing while you guys are doing your deal.
