Purpose-built 1970 Chevrolet Camaro drag car with serious name-brand performance hardware, a long history of regular track use, and extensive race equipment throughout.

This was an actively raced and continually upgraded car, not an unfinished project. Its longtime owner was a professional mechanic who owned and operated his own automotive shop for approximately 40 years and regularly raced the Camaro at the track.

The Camaro was regularly raced and actively maintained until the owner's death approximately two years ago. Prior to that, he routinely started and maintained his vehicles daily, including this car.

The Camaro has been stored and has not been raced since his death.

The engine was recently cranked with the starter and turns freely and smoothly.

We have intentionally not attempted to start it. The plug wires were previously removed for inspection without their original distributor positions being documented. Rather than guess at their placement or attempt to start a performance engine after extended storage without proper preparation, we chose to leave recommissioning to the next owner.

The car is therefore being sold as an untested vehicle and should be properly inspected and serviced before startup.
