Engines internally balance. All fresh no run time. GM built 400 automatic transmission with TCI 10 inch converter. Polyurethane motor and trans mounts.
Weld drag star rims with MT tires rear tires are 19 inches wide. Car has tilt steering wheel. The engine and transmission are installed. The interior needs to be reinstalled have it. Many new and extra parts go with it.
