What you'll need – a driver/pit radio system, we recommend https://www.sampsonracing.com/
We purchased the sedan and had the FIA Sparco cage professionally installed. The stock engine was rebuilt by a local shop - wearable items such as bearings, rings, lifters, timing chain, injectors, sensors, hoses, oil pump etc were all replaced; as the car had an automatic transmission we converted it to manual with a ZF M3 gearbox
The chassis was strengthened with the various Turner Motorsports reinforcement kits (motor mounts, diff carrier, rear shock towers, rear sub frame, rear sway bar mounts, chassis etc)
Appearance - there's a dent in the front bumper and the hood, there's slight body damage to the left rear wheel arch and a couple of small dents here and there – these were present on the car when we bought it and gives the old girl some character. What it needs most is a hood, I've been keeping my eyes open but the ones in the junkyards are worse - this isn't a perfect car (if that's what you're looking for) but is a lot of fun to drive
The car has scored some 3rd place finishes at Big Willow, a 4th place at the Buttonwillow 12-hour and has run numerous track days. It's fun to drive, predictable and great for endurance racing. If you want more fun and be a wolf in sheep's clothing, swap in the M3 motor!
