I also have a 1983 Ford Thunderbird / Vintage Laughlin SuperSpeedway car built the same way as the Pontiac. Street body with original vin and title, fabricated front fenders, etc. Hurst Airheart brakes, vintage radiator, some oil coolers, roller, very hard to tell it’s not an original Cup car from the 80s. Both cars will accept glass front windshields (still used in Cup during this period) I have a glass windshield for the Pontiac.

Not sure why anyone is paying a shop to build cars that end up with bonded titles that aren’t recognized by all states? Obviously the cars I have for sale don’t have to end up as street cars but is an option.

If you’re into the street legal Nascar thing here’s a unique opportunity for you.
This is a 1986 Pontiac 2+2 Aerocoupe street body (one of 1200) mounted on a 1987 Banjo Mathews 110” Nascar Winston Cup Road course chassis. The body retaines its original VIN tag with clear title. Some extras included are: a mold made of the front aero nose to replicate them. Plus one I made from the mold. Great to have if you plan to track the car and could possibly damage the original nose on the car. I also have the original street version glass rear window, it has a race window in it currently. Comes with a vintage Banjo race seat, have the original Banjo performance dash switch. Alcon 6 piston front brake, 4 piston rear. 3:55 locker gear set. No engine or trans. Car needs to be wired and miscellaneous things finished as well as some finish bodywork. $25,000 cash. Might be interested in a Lumina cup car trade or classic cars or truck trades.
