This complete Noonan X1-headed BAE Hemi is being sold from the intake to the oil pan and includes an extensive collection of spare parts and specialty tools. The engine has run 3.71 in the 1/8-mile in legal Top Dragster trim and is race-proven.
The Noonan X1 cylinder heads have very few passes, have never been damaged, and are in like-new condition. They are equipped with Manley titanium valves, Victory titanium retainers, PSI valve springs, Phoenix (Grimes) rocker stands, BAE exhaust rockers, Stage IV intake rockers, Manton adjusters and pushrods, and Snyder valve covers with an integrated oiling system.
The engine features a BAE .500 short-deck magnesium intake with spare burst panels and an explosion diverter, AJPE 2.25-inch setback plate, Crane camshaft and lifters, Casale gear drive, BAE .500 short-deck block with no windows and no saddle repairs, Winberg splined-drive crankshaft, RCD splined crank hub with magnetic pickup ring, System 1 oil pump, Olson 13-quart oil pan, RCD magnesium belt tensioner, magnesium fuel pump extension, offset magneto drive, CSR flexplate with ring gear, and a RAGE fuel pump.
The bottom end was freshened just 7 passes ago with new JE pistons, R&R connecting rods, and new BAE main caps installed by Mike Janis.
Also included is a large package of spare parts and tools, including BAE sleeve puller and driver, main cap puller, Ora on-head spring tester, two plug wrenches, a complete new set of PSI valve springs, new locks, retainers, lash caps, valves, two new sleeves, spare pushrods, new Manton rocker adjusters, two new R&R rods, new Flatout head gaskets, three sets of upper rod bearings, two sets of lower rod bearings, and 110 new NGK 6061-10 spark plugs.
