A purpose-built LT foundation for a serious boosted project: sleeved 6.6L GPI bottom-end architecture paired with the Shock Factor / RaceKing top-end package, including Katech CNC porting and an application-specific camshaft.
BUILD DETAILS
- Sleeved 6.6L LT bottom-end architecture.
- Katech CNC-ported cylinder heads with CHE guides and chamber finish work.
- Manley race valves, 1209X springs, titanium retainers and chromoly seats.
- Approved rocker system, chromoly pushrods and BTR/GPI/custom cam selected for the combination.
- Studded bottom end, ARP head fasteners and high-boost sealing package per signed build sheet.
We start with seasoned castings, inspect and measure the hard parts, and select machining from their measured condition. Clearances, ring fit, deck condition and valvetrain geometry are checked during assembly. Exact bore/stroke, rotating assembly, compression, component part numbers and operating limits are documented for your build.
BUILT TO ORDER
Allow up to 14 weeks from payment to shipment. Confirm the current schedule and parts availability before ordering. This is a custom build, not an immediate-ship stock engine. Dyno or Spintron testing is included only when specifically listed on the signed work order.
FITMENT AND CONTENTS
For a verified LT1- or L86-based project or swap. Send your year, vehicle/VIN or engine RPO, oiling setup, induction, intended fuel, power goal and delivery ZIP. Professional calibration is required and is separate unless quoted. Final output depends on the complete combination; no guaranteed horsepower or universal direct-fit claim.
Includes the assembled long block and only components listed on your signed build sheet. Oil pan, front cover, intake, fuel equipment, sensors, wiring, accessories, exhaust and calibration are excluded unless expressly included in the quote.
WARRANTY AND FREIGHT
One-year limited parts-only Big 3/MMRE performance-engine warranty under the written terms. Labor and consequential expenses are not included. Freight quoted for the lower 48 states; no Alaska or Hawaii shipping at this time.
