THIS GUY CARL REED IS GOT TO BE ONE OF THE TOP SCAMMERS OUT HERE THAT KEEPS POPPING UP UNDER DIFFERENT NAMES TIME & TIME AGAIN....SOMEONE SOMETIME HAS TO PURSUE THIS GUY TO THE END AND GET HIM SOME NICE QUIET JAIL TIME.....MAYBE NOT SO QUIET. :twisted:
