We have the first national points race of the year this weekend. My transmission just got finished today so it want want make it here in time for me to put it in. (Shipping form Fl.) However, I'm going to be the cook this weekend. Got 2 Boston butts I'm gonna smoke for lunch and a big low country boil for supper for about 30 people.

Got to race today, went out the second round. Took a ton of stripe (.028) scrubbed 4mph, but had fun. My brother got to go with me and he almost never gets to go. Really beautiful weather 50° this morning 67° when we loaded up.
The car ran better than I expected since I changed to a 4.56 from the 4.88. Ran 9.77 @ 134mph. Best mph ever.
