Thanks for the tips, and for trying to contact him Beast. If I don't have a balance in my Paypal account it draws from my checking account, not sure if the Bank would have any recourse on that transaction or not?

i got mine setup that it uses any balance in my paypal first ... then it goes to my credit card for secondary funds. i never use my bank account :wink:

Both phone numbers I found for this Chad Parry f*#khead have been disconnected, 815 area code. Paypal is waiting for his response till October 1st, then they'll tell me I sent it as a gift and I'm screwed. Wish RJ could lock these creeps out of this website so this $hit doesn't happen over and over.

fastforester,how in the hell could they know when someone is going to screw someone else.there are alot of problems here on rj.but this one is not in their control.it doesnt say anything bad about rj, what this kinda crap says is the world is full of assholes that are going to show up any and everywhere.

Copy that outlaw, what I'm referring to is once these guys do show up and defraud people, have legitimate complaints filed against them, change their usernames, etc. that's when I would want RJ to ban them.
The good news on this is Paypal ruled in my favor and is going after the $80 to restore it to my account.

Yep, surprised me as well. I'm thinking they got no response from the seller when I escalated it to a claim.

i went though the same thing when i bought some rims for my motorcycle and they told me they couldnt nothing cause it was sent as a gift .... thank god that the guy was just out of town for emergency family issues and we got it straighten out... cause i thought i was out my money ....lol
