mr pete sometimes emotions get the best of all of us. what you posted did cross a bad line and deserves an apology. to get passed all of this you should do so. james you need to follow through with making mr pete whole on this deal and your son owes you big for putting you in this position. one of you two guys pick up the phone and be the man and work this out & just be respectfull to each other!!

I did write that James. I have done as you have done........Changed my mind....Pete made his apologies for being angry, I understand his anger at the situation..........I know personally the feeling of being stung hard.......Don't believe me.........Check out the traderguy thread.

Anthony is a minor, who has NO BUSINESS playing in a mans world if he cannot follow your specific directions while doing so: ie..Do not post it as a 406, he did anyway! YOU because you are the minors parent owe pete a 406.

I am truly sorry he brought your family into this, I would be pissed too. I might even consider telling him to go screw himself.......In the end of it all though, you have to ask yourself:
If I hadn't allowed it to be advertised as a 406 would I be in this situation? Yes James, you ALLOWED it to be posted. YOU are responsible for your minor childs actions.......Any judge will surely let you know that if you are not sure.

Thanks Holloway and I apologize to you if it sounded like I was turning on you like pete said, I was not. I see your point I see everyones point but 1st off I do not beleive it was a 305 2nd like I have already said many times I was talking to him trying to get to the bottom of the whole thing and then all of this. I am not going to make any rash descissions now because I am mad and unlike pete I don't let my anger take over. I am going to stop and think for a little while before I descide if I am going to make Anthony pay but I do know I am not going to give that man a dime. I might pay him and let Anthony pay me back but I will have to think about that one.

Where is the proof that is was MISREPRESENTED Also he traded my son a car that was MISREPRESENTED to run 5.90 when it ran 3 seconds slower. I don't think the car has a 496 in it.
