I got a surprise from Fed Ex today. Looks like the Police were too hot on Mr. Cook, so he sent me the same junk that he had already tried to palm off on Grunt. With the exception of--NO BOLTS , two complete rockers and shaft missing.
I have talked to Grunt and he still hasn't got any of his money back.

Those are the same ones for sure...looks like they were brushed with a wire wheel. 2 of the tips are brushed so much the metal is worn away. Are 3 of the roller tips seized?...and the rest worn out?
I was waiting for this post..sure wished i had taken pics when i got them but i was so pissed i packed them up and shipped them back. Now you have them and i have no money...sorry Dave. Were they packed in an oily piston box?
I will call Det. Morgan, that's enough of this guy, this has nothing to do with bankruptcy!

Yes, they are pretty much worn out. He told me that he bought them new and only had about thirty passes on them also.
I found out a couple of weeks ago that he bought them from a guy in Syracuse NY used.
I'm going to hang on to them as evidence if nothing else. I'm also not dropping any charges
I wish he would've sent my money back, but this lowlife probably put it up his nose along with yours also.
If we don't get our money back I intend to see him in jail. Hopefully he will be the best girfriend an inmate ever had.

That is NOT the set I sold him . ADD: the set I sold the lighten slots were straight CU 1.550 offset 1.75 ratio , most likely still on his engine . he was also looking for another set , called me several months ago wanting to buy a set from me , said he got another set of 18 degree heads . he did have an ad here on RJ looking for 18* system for his second set of heads . To bad it turned out this way for him , seemed like a nice guy . GRUNT , those in the picture are not sportsman rockers , last I knew Jesel didnt offer 18* sportman system

Tulsa police haven't been much help. They told me that they have a huge "back log" of cases.

Yea. I'm going to pursue it further with the FBI.
I'm not sure how they will work for Grunt though as he is in Canada.

Filed a complaint with the Oklahoma States Attorney Generals Office and advised Grant to do the same. Hopefully will get the attention of somebody that will make an effort.
Thanks Scorps!

It looks like OK States Atty Office was a wash also. Seems like no law enforcement agency in OK wants to pursue one of their own against an out of state plaintiff.
Keep this in mind folks, when you need to do business in Oklahoma, you have no protection!
