I know Harbone, thats what I made of the situation, from the language to the 5 star, I hang with the 76ers B.S.. I got the quote from YB that I posted. Its like Sybil, one second the lights are on, the next second the lights are off. I just think he makes himself look bad by talking that way, thanks for keeping it cleaner here twin.

[quote="blownalky3"]I have to side with Fogger on this transaction. I absolutly do not trust paypal either. I move my money faster than fast to a secure account not even at the same bank as my paypal account. As I said earlier
blownalky3 say's it right in his statement. He moves money faster than fast when it comes to PayPal. One of the first things that happened at our shop everyday was to dump money from our PayPal account into our business account, not even really looking where the source came from untill you start shipping parts. My PayPal account wasn't closed until sometime after this went down. I didn't close it in order to scam anyone. I closed it simpley because my father had terminal cancer and I couldn't spend the enough time at the shop, I didn't have suffinient help and because of the amount of money you make off of eBay, it wasn't worth it. Like I stated early in this thread, my feedback rating on eBay was 99.9% with over 1700+ positive feedbacks. Then the bottom fell out when my father got sick. Owing money to PayPal has nothing to do with what fogger is trying to pull. Owing them is like anyone else owing on a car or a credit card, it's another bill...I don't owe fogger anything and never had any intention of ripping anyone off. I think the whole argument is over fogger saying I owe him, when in fact I don't. He's the crook and he's the one trying to rip me off. I hope you can see where I'm coming fromTod74...

Fogger sent KY money for msd boxes
Fogger didn't recieve boxes
Fogger filed with pay pal to get refund
Fogger claims he never got any refund
over 7 months goes by and no refund or parts
no charges filed for theft or fraud
KY recieved money for boxes
took money from pay pal account
pay pal couldn't retrieve money
over 7 months go by and KYSPEED still has the money (by his own admission)
KY has not shipped any boxes
KY says I don't owe Fogger anything
BEATS ALL I HAVE EVER SEEN..no product for money for over half a year but no charges filed for theft , business has a customers money for over half a year yet delivered no product..and owes him NOTHING..
LOOKS LIKE A FICTION NOVEL----UNBELIEVABLE  JMO

Please read the entire post. He did place the order, I later decided not to ship him the parts because he tried it once before. I lucked out and got my money back from PP the first time. The first time I did send him the parts (for the exact same order placed the 2nd time) and he still disputed it with his cc company. He tried to do it the second time as well, we just didn't go through the whole process. He filed the dispute with PP and they refunded him him money. I in turn have to pay PP back because they refunded him. He didn't get any parts, he was refunded his entire payment.

Fogger filed a dispute with PayPal and I guess they told him that we had a negetive balance and the funds weren't available. This did not stop him from filing a dispute with his cc company. They went to bat for him against PayPal, which is who he originally paid, and was awarded the money back from PayPal. He got his money back, just not directly from me.

Ah but you forgot to continue my post about paypal. I said I move my money based on what happened to me, not because of any other reason. My post also stated you MIGHT move your money for a DIFFERENT reason. I am not a business. I have over 800 + feedbacks on eBay, and I am not a business, just one person. I understand the issues with having a death in the family. My Dad passed, but I was unable to miss a beat. I still had to take care of my Job (business). If you took the money for a part, send it or give the money back. 6 Mos is unacceptable. And paypal is not just another bill. It is like the IRS.......
You are paying them because you must have lost one or more disputes. Just take care of this issue so Mr Arrogant goes away. His attitude is pathetic.......But you still owe him his money

blownalky3, please don't take this the wrong way, but do you understand that he has already gotten his money back from PayPal and that I have to repay PayPal? I don't want to seem like I'm talking down to you or anyone else. He has been paid, he's just trying to get paid agian. I am and will take care of my debts, but I am not going to pay for them twice. I have been on and off of YB all day and the consensus is that he is a know crook and thief and apparently has taken more than a couple of people on there. Please understand that I am not giving you static over your thoughts and opinions, everyone is entitled to them. I just want to make it clear that he was refunded months ago, whether it was from me or PayPal, he was refunded...

See, that is the funny part. I have my doubts as to whether paypal paid him or not. They did't pay me shiit and told me they paid me. They paid me and took it back another way. He maintains that he was NEVER paid on this from paypal or anyone else. You can't seem to post up any proof otherwise either??? If your paypal rep told you he was paid, have them fax it on over to you. If they did pay him, the have the transaction documented as to how much and what account it was paid to. That should not be so hard to verify, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE MAKING PAYMENTS TO PAYPAL. Get paypal to fax you verification of the refund or get legal help to MAKE them give you documented proof. I would think by now you would want to prove your point. Hell, I would have wanted to 17 pages ago. Clear your name on YB and RJ.

Here is a copy of the e-mail that they sent me just last Friday. Please look at it and give me your opinion if this is sufficient or I need to get more information. I want to clear this up. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I had another guy send me something that might help clear up how PayPal works. I will post his message and I will also call PayPal tomorrow and get something from them in writing.
6.Seller responsibilities for Non-Receipt of Goods reimbursement requests. If a buyer has purchased a Money Back Guarantee and submits a reimbursement request that indicates non-receipt of goods, and if the seller does not provide a tracking number or proof of refund to PayPal within 7 days after the buyer files a reimbursement request, PayPal may (1) refund the buyer out of the seller's account or (2) reimburse the buyer and then recover the funds from the seller. If the seller does not have sufficient funds in his or her PayPal balance in the currency of the original transaction, PayPal may limit the seller's access to his or her account until the seller authorises PayPal to use funds from their balance, bank account, and/or credit card to recoup the amount paid to the buyer. If the reimbursement request is complete and accurate, PayPal is still required to reimburse the buyer for the amount of the transaction minus the Guarantee fee, even if the seller does not have sufficient funds in their balance.
