Rudy-

I missed the five minute window to view this guy's post lol.

Forum users, we do a good job of quoting when we respond, but maybe we should go in to any thread first post and just stamp it- Qoute the post and just type "stamped".

That might eliminate the hit and run nonsense from some of these guys. Also will make them accountable- and some really hate accountability.

Scorp
Im in no way a hit a run non-sense. You guys sound like bitter old house-wives with nothing to do. I got the info I needed and the seller finally contacted me. I had a not so good experience and posted it. I never claimed to be a mechanic and everyone gets bit from time to time. I think some of the replies really suck I got so I removed my post.
Also to referrence above, I dont dislike my new car, i just didnt get what was promised so I need to clean some things up. I also was having trouble with the title which really scared me. I hope to have the title resolved monday now that Ive been able to locate the original owner and the seller has contact me too.

Be a better site if us less mechanic savy folks, and more trusting, could get more constructive feedback. I really appreciate the few that helped me.... I want to thank them for their advice. And hopefully I will be able to finish working with seller to fix everything.

To the Admins you can delete this thread if you like

Did you remove your post?

Yes.

Can readers see what you had to say?

No.

is it in any way constructive to post "......................"?

No.

Would it look like nonsense to a forum viewer?

Yes.

Is it hit and run nonsense, Readers?

You be the judge.

If you have the intestinal fortitude to come on here and make a post about someone, dont delete it if its wrong- APOLOGIZE and save the other parties reputation or clarify to help other posters.

This is the same HELP you were looking for when you posted here.

It would be a better site if you and others didnt post until you were sure as to what the issue was and if you were man enough to stand behind your words-right or wrong.

And if the posting spurred the seller to action, then you do owe it to this forum, and should leave your posts to help other users.

A post with "..........." is a useless ridiculous waste of time.

I said in my 5 min post that I would reverse my feedback if seller and I work things out. So again be nice to get constructive help from this site, instead of the BS I got. Im not here to slam anyone. I came out here before I bought from seller and planned on coming out here after deal to help others in future.

There were more things happen then I had time to post which I stated I would add everything as things progressed. Good example was the title mess Im dealing with. So once I found things that were told to me were not true and seller went mia I assumed the worse and posted. Seller went from excellent response to zero, so what is one suppose to think.

I hate to get scammed, and hate the people that scam others. So I try to update others and appreciate updates from others. I think you should be more critical of yourself than me. Again Im not trying to start anything or hurt anyone rep. Again I will gladly BOOST about seller once we fix things in a heartbeat. Good feedback is just as important as bad.....

Again I really appreciate the very helpful advice from a couple board members. It really help alot

I agree Scorp... it takes a real man to stand up and say...

"You know what guys, I jumped the gun and was talkin out my azz because I was mad. Things are appearing to work out now, so I digress and will keep you all posted if the seller honors up to the deal and questionable issues".

That is really not so hard to do, especially not having to do it face to face.

I dont know either... I changed title to just user name. If you guys want I will update how things turn out once they do. If I end up wrong I will gladly state it, because I really hope I am actually. I will state all information as its given to me, including any negative about me. I stated in my 5min post I will place positive feedback just as fast for seller if things work out. I would much rather gain connections then lose them

I dont know guys. Also takes a bigger man to admit he posted an asssss response instead of just trying to help. Alteast be more objective it helping get a resolution. Not everyone is a mechanic some of us just love cars and can turn a few wrenches

I have posted honestly and have. Im not trying to screw anyone. If you want me to come back and post how things turn out I will. Otherwise you guys can find out things I did, on your own

peace.....

But how will ANYONE know if you delete your post?

Just say you were mistaken- by doing it the way you did, you make yourself look silly and slam the seller.

By saying you were wrong, you make yourself look like a stand up person and let everyone know that the deal is ok.

This IS constructive help you are receiving.

BTW - your comment about the "bitter old housewives" - doesnt foot with your other comment "Again Im not trying to start anything or hurt anyone rep"

If in your original post you said you had a problem with the title of the car it would have been reguarded as a real issue, BUT YOU DID NOT .you went down a list of little things wrong with a 16 year old that you INSPECTED YOURSELF AND CHOSE TO BUY AFTER INSPECTION. had you mentioned the title issue the response here would have been different. the people here on the forum HATE scammers with a passion and do our best to help out in any way we can to get things resolved and expose scammers and chase them down . hope everything with the title works out for you, let us how it all works out.

Personally, I don't give a rats rear end if the clown gets his problem taken care of. Your the one screwed, complain with silly bs crap that less than a couple hundred bucks would have fixed, then come in here like you want to change how things are done when you don't like the outcome of your post. To busy to post all your facts? Then post when you are not busy and post ALL the facts not just the puney ones. The title should have been number one in your complaint!! You didn't even mention it!! #1 complaint on your list "My drivers door lock doesn't work", booooo hooooo! Didn't check it when you "looked over" the car?
Think you can join up and be a smart ass, wrong forum for you if you think that is the way it will work dude!
"Bitter old housewives" what an ass clown to make that comment.
BTW, I don't give a damn if I have pissed you off.
I am done with this thread, I expend my energy on things that are important, you didn't make the cut. I can guarantee you won't win in this forum with your attitude.
How do you like them apples?
