Yep that's mrbob alright! That pic in the ad scorp posted was taken from his driveway. I recognized the windmill and his son's white mustang. At least the other scammers have responded when called out.He has done NOTHING.

Yes Jonlil you can sue him in your state- Precedent set in Michigan state law as it applies to Internet advertisement-
Theres a strategy to it and your local LE or Court probably is unaware or doesnt want to be bothered. You'll need to cite the MI case and see if there is any Federal suppport for it.
