MEM, I MOSTLY agree. I really have done nothing to help in the pursuit of scammers other than follow along reading the threads and offering my opinion to some topics, so I might be out of line to be upset at his tactics. But I do frequent this forum, and that is my opinion, he disrespects its members and their results. The real helpers know who they are and do SO MUCH TO HELP PEOPLE. Now this particular crap got started by the very same guy who thinks it should just go away. The very same guy who criticizes the methods and RESULTS gotten by all of you. The same guy who said he paid $700 shipping when the other guy paid half. The same guy who does what he does, NOT WHAT HE SAYS & PREACHES. In case you forgot

I don't have a problem ignoring him, but it does pisss me off that he insults the FORUMS work and how they achieve it. I get to see many people (Bosses)who chastise people for doing things and then turn right around and do it themselves. They somehow justify that "it's different". I get it because I have over 700 people who work WITH me and I see it every day, multiple times. The same guy who has attended motivational courses and bought many books does not follow the teachings???? WHY?My management style is very simple. Treat people fair, help them grow, pick them up when they fall AND, I never do a single thing I ask them not to do. It does not seem fair to me not to set the example that I am asking for. And given I have this many employees, it is a fair assumption I must have some motivational skills and can deal with some pretty tense situations.
Just look at my case here. I started to do exactly as envy is doing. I however very quickly realized that that path was fruitless and I should try to get all to better understand my side in a different way. While I maintain I was 100 percent correct in what I told my buyer, I presented it in a manner which left many areas gray. After getting pisssed, I apologized to Tom, Bjuice and the others for my getting carried away and I proved what I said was accurate. Did it fix the jerk who scammed me? Not at all. He never even made an attempt to make things right or make an honor payment. HE STILL HAS 4 NAMES ON RJ, HE IS JUST LIKE LITTLEHOTROD. I have since been very careful about posting my opinion and I only comment on the ones that some one has been really wronged. I have not picked a fight in other words. This can't be said for X2 MEM. I get what you are saying and agree, but it is time for this guy to respect what you ALL have done and to practice what he preaches. Till he apologizes to you ALL, he remains a talker and antagonist, not an achiever in my book.

Along the lines of what your post points out-there's another thread (locked) where Darrell makes a big deal about bringing his family into it (his children) and I agree that has no place here.
Yet he DID exactly the same thing when he posted the pictures of John Miller's residence- brought HIS (Miller's) Family into the issue.
I have made that point previosuly, but when you are dealing with NVMYVETTES' posts you are playing a game of Three Card Monte- its about misdirection, smokescreens and not answering questions.
Thats just what it is.
And folks- read his thread on Miller and the T-bucket. It was the most immediately agressive post that I can remember- thats why I brought it to the top the other day- find a minute and re-read it- it was an immediate blitz of aggression.
When we start to examine a scammer post- things come out gradually while opinions are being formed- this was IMMEDIATE AND AGRESSIVE and included emails, and pictures of a man's home.
And did you ever possibly think about why Miller did not accept the trade? If he got to the point where he knew it was on the truck and heading to Ohio, then he expected to keep the car- I dont nor did I ever think it was cold feet- I always felt there were representation issues and also always felt Vettes' immediate and agressive stance was to try and bully Miller because NVMYVETTES' thought he was making a killing in the deal.
In other words he felt the T was far more valuable than his glass Bird. Think about it, and what do you think Gentlemen?
The numbers are there-add them up and you will get the answer.

Hey Scorp I went and looked at the pics of both cars and I do agree there was a misrepresentation of one of them. I found a few faults when I wasnt even looking closely at the car. I felt that what was done was done in good taste and that they were not trying to scam anybody. JMO

Blown. Lets start with John23T and the $700.00.Its all there in black and white. I get message from my shipper on my answering machine that he's bringing my car back because the T had a blown motor.I then try emailing John and calling several times through the day. No answer. Then I post my issue on the forum. Harbone then emails John. John in return emails me and states he paid the driver $350.00. My 2nd post shortly after my 1st post stated that, even before I was able to confirm it with my driver. I posted several more times before Harbone posted Johns answer the next day.(I think).Go back and read it again.
I did bring the Sharks Gone To far back to the top because it had gotten off track in the end just like this one has. I have stated several times that I do not protect, condone, approve or like scammers. Thats not what any of my post has even come close to saying.I say if there real scammers give em he!! I also have stated several times that I respect what the guys do on here and what the forum is all about. I noticed your comments about the sharks giving you he!! when you posted the 1st time about you being scammed. I noticed harbone and others saying the same. You also said it pissed you off. Why? Because you were right and it was,nt fair that you got scammed and was the one catching the He!!? But you toughed it out and kept hammering away. My point is and always has been, I wander how many good people didnt tough it out, and said screw this. I'll bet the thought crossed your mind. Thats just my opinion. Not ment to stirr sh** , or offend anybody.

You did not like the answers you got on this forum regarding your problem with the bucket AND being called out. So you lashed out. At this point I still stuck up for you............ And then came the "Sharks go to far" post you commented on. You didn't like the posts there either and got on your soap box. Yes I was aggressive in my post. But i wasnt verbally abusive though. Even though I was pizzed about my $350.00.
As far as the trade I think Ive voiced my feeling in that post. But if you still have a problem understandig it go back and read the emails that I posted between John and I. At least the last one, stating he didnt want to send me a car in that condition(Motor Problems). Also if I was trying to get over like you stated, I would have traded on the first contact instead of waiting weeks. Look at the emails.I didnt think it was that good of a deal nor did I trust him. And I sure wouldnt have sent my car to him 1st. None of of what your guessing at adds up.And the fact that John didnt get on here and explain his lies tells me all I need to know. You know this reminds me of an old girlfriend that I dated. You couldnt get anywhere arguing with here because evertime you gained ground on one point, she would realize it, and start an argument about something else. I dont know what you problem is. You act like Im jeopardizing your postion as head shark,if I am even close to right.So you have to bring me down a notch. Dont worry man Im not the enemy. BTW If you want to know what I feel my cars worth. I have turn down an $11,000 offer over the phone and two $12000.00 offers in my drive way. And if you like I can post numerous trade offers Ive had on some very nice stuff.
