Actually, I was happy to recover my money! But as I read all the lies he posted and saying how crazy I am... I get a little irritated! I really do feel sorry for any person who tries to pull these stunts on people. They are that bad off they need to resort to this. I can not imagine how humiliating it was to come on here and completely change his story

I really doubt he felt anything but pissed for getting caught-I doubt you was the first person he ripped off or will be the last-I Have several of the scumbags(Listed on here) That I would despise whether they paid me or not-A THIEF IS A THIEF IS A THIEF ECT!!!They do not change or regret ripping people off,only getting caught, thats the way they are--Be real careful who you feel bad for--They may be back-

I meet Him in Gainsville, TX. Paid and put sealed up motor in My truck. Got Home took it apart. NO PORTED HEADS, NO ROLLER CAM, NO ALUM. RODS, NO STEEL CRANK! He doesn't respond to phone calls. Think I'll sue Him if I can get Him served? The bunch of us should get together and pay Him a much needed visit? ops:

like i said i kept my promise i have not and will not ever sale something on here again or anywhere for that matter it has been almost 5 months since i last sold anything,and you think this guy waited 6 months to say something about motor he bought last year,he just sent me an email today before he made this post on racingjunk.com. well just sue me my address is 9 park street lone grove oklahoma 73443 do what you have to do,but there is no way im going to beleive you just waited 6 months to complain about motor you bought from me ,you have my actual address so have papers served to me that is fine,but you had my actual cell phone number and you have never contacted me in anyway in over 6 months by phone or email,so when we go to court show them where you have tried to contact me and i didnt answer that is a lie. i have always answered my phone even the people who i have refunded money to who really had a reason to call and not 6 months later,but if you think i am going to refund your money 6 months later your crazy,and i seen ad and have copy of ad where you was trying to sale that motor yourself for just what you paid for it,but i am currently unemployed due to lack of work in economy so just sue me and we will let court work it out,but if you had problem with motor you would not of been trying to sale it last month on racingjunk.com,like i said i will never have this problem again because i dont sale shit anywhere at all any more,because when you get something in trade and you try to sale it and it is not what they told you you get into these problems.but just sue me and if court says you win when i get back to work you will get paid,but cant pay you for something you had 6 months and was trying to sale it last month for same price i sold it you for.also you are saying you took it home and tore it apart and was not what it was suppose to be but 4 months later you try to sale it for what i told you it was in first place,that story does not make sense,i will post ad on here where you had it for sale last month and listed all parts just as i had them listed last year on here where you bought motor from !!!!

that is the same thing that happened to the other fellow...I bet you he says he never sold you a motor or ever met you anywhere....he could have told you anything....post add number of motor you bought , it's probolly been sold before on here :!: :shock:

that is why i will never sale anything again ,so go ahead check anywhere you want i promised to never sale again and i have kept my promise this motor was bought back in october or november

When I met carl it was a bad day, Sprinkling. He had the motor sealed up nicely with bolt on covers. Seemed a trust worthy guy. I liked Him? Tried calling a cpl. times just to ask questions about the motor on the way home. Didn't return messages? I was just stupid I guess for not looking at the time. Got home unloaded the motor and had back Surgery two days later. Been layed up until just a few days ago. Pulled off the intake and low & behold it wasn't as described. Didn't go any further. It's still on His pallet. Going to figure out what to do next motor wise. I'll never do that again. Usaully build My own! But it was a Great Deal?

why do you keep leaving out the fact you tried last month to sale this motor for more than you paid for it originally,and you havnt tried to call me in over 5 months show phone records where you have tried to contact me in last 5 months besides the day you bought the motor,i have proof i have copy of the ad where about 4 weeks ago or so you had this motor on here for sale for $4500,explain that i guess you cant but i have the ad for proof so see in court,this time i want to go to court because i am not giving money back to someone 5 months later for a race motor,you have to be crazy if anyone would refund money to someone who has never emailed them or called in over 5 months complaining about a motor especially a race motor, so do what you have to do you have my complete address serve me ythose papers and will be in court.there is no way you havnt ever looked at this motor in 5 months,so if you didnt inspect motor how did you know how to list it in racingjunk ad yuou had on here trying to make $1000 profit on junk motor you inspected as soon as you got hoe and found out to be junk,you have admitted to lieing about not taering motor apart like you said on first posting on forum scams,forgot which story you told or what.like i said just make it easy on both of us just take me to court let the judge decide !!!!!!
