Home from school and looking for a checklist!
Being new to Super Comp drag racing, I thought it would be a good idea to attend Frank Hawley's Drag Racing School in Gainsville to learn how to drive the faster cars. I just got back and must say that I learned a bunch. I not only learned what it felt like to drive an 8 second car but Frank also goes into the mental side of racing and quite a bit of the that stuff makes a lot of sense.
I also got to make a visit to Don Garlits' Museum in Ocala, a voyage I have been looking forward to for a long long time.
Now I have to get my car out and spend the rest of this year finding out how everything works and how to set it up. I'm reading, studying, asking questions and watching others closely. I'm sure I will be posting many questions on the forum in the months to come.
Does anyone have a checklist of what I need to make sure is in the trailer when I head out to the dragstrip? I would appreciate any info I can get.
Thanks!

Always take a video camera and a good operator , you will see a lot of stuff on the tape that you don't relize you are doing or the car is doing , you can tell alot by the sound of the engine that you can't hear in car and the tire spin , just my 2 cents..
Oh yeah , I " A L W A Y S " take a spare " N E W" battery and a jump box with my wife carrying it to staging lanes
