I built this car for my daughter (following junior dragsters) with safety, consistency and ease of operation in mind. I’ve driven it for the past few years, and the car is awesome. This car leaves gently and goes super straight from A to B. The engine is a 434 cu in. built by JA Performance, Trans Specialties Powerglide w/Reid case, and a strange 9 in. w/4.56 gears. The car weighs 2785 lbs w/185 lb. driver and runs 5.90s in the1/8th on alcohol. This is one of a select few third gen T-top Camaros with custom mechanical throttle linkage, enabling the use of a throttle enhancer or a throttle stop for .90 racing. The seat is adjustable as my daughter is 5’ 7” and I’m 6’ 1”. The steering column tilts up and down and utilizes a power driver’s side window. T-tops are removable as well. Car is all steel except for the hood and rear hatch. Windows are all glass except for the rear. I have the title, but the car is not street legal.
